Football Gloves a must!
It would be advisable for all players to have football gloves with them to all training sessions & matches. This is especially relevant when the weather is wet & the ball is slippy. Football gloves can be purchased in the club shop.

Football training for Non-Camogie players starts Mondays
We will be starting football training sessions for those who don't play camogie from Monday 23rd August. 6.30pm on back pitch. Finish 7.30pm. We will continue our football training for the entire group on Wednesdays.
Training starts at 6.30pm sharp & will finish at 7.30pm. Please make a special effort to be on time.
Please bring football boots and all-weather boots/runners to all matches & training sessions. This will ensure that you have the right footwear for whatever pitch we are playing on/training on (grass or astro turf).
Group texts come to an end!
We will no longer be sending group texts about training from 23rd August. Training will continue every Monday in camogie from 6.30pm to 7.30pm on the back pitch & every Wednesday in football from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. A text will be sent ONLY if training is cancelled.
Balloon Release Fundraiser
18 balloons tags were returned to the club following their release earlier in the summer. They travelled as far as South Wales. Winners will be announced by the end of August. Watch this space!
1998 parents on lotto winning streak
Congratulations to Carol Cullen on her recent 45euro win in the club lotto. This is Carol's third win since she joined the lotto last November. Congrats also to Adrian Tierney who had a small win earlier in the summer. Great to see the parents of the 1998 girls winning. We've had a few winners since November. Well done to Barry Dunning on his recent small win. Long may it continue! Add Manus McAleer to the list on his match 3 win last Monday night for 35euro.
