2nd Game in championship round robin on Saturday next away to Skerries Harps.. Meet in club at 2 :10 as we need to get away early. Lifts will be needed.

Na Fianna 2 - 4 Liffey Gaels 1 - 16.
Despite a good fist half performance last Saturday and leading at the break we went down to a strong Gaels team.
With no game this Saturday we will have an extra training run . Meet in club at 2 o'clock.
Thanks to Pat Naughton for the sessions that he has been giving us.
God luck to our under16 hurlers who play their first game of the season tomorrow.

All of our team are deeply saddened by the sudden death of Colms Dad, Billy Byrne. We offer our sincere sympathy to Aedin, Colm and Ruairí. Removal to Iona Road church at 5 o’clock tomorrow (Mon). Funeral will be after 10o’clock mass on Tuesday to Glasnevin Cemetery

Trinity Gaels 4 - 18 Na Fianna 1 - 0
Heavy defeat by a much stronger Trinity team. To put this result in context Trinity beat St. Judes B by 7 - 11 to 0 - 2 two weeks ago. Thanks to Daniel Tracey and Alan Dixon from under 15's who helped make up numbers. Next training on wednesday night at 7:05 in Mobhi Road. All players to attend even though it is midterm break from school. Subs are due now. Anyone who has not paid should bring them to next session.

Na Fianna 1 - 8 Scoil Uí Chonaill 3 - 2
Another good show for team, securing a draw against Scoil Uí Chonaill in a hard fought contest, with 1 point from 1st league outing of the season. Well done to everyone on holding their heads high after an assult on Feargal Sammon in the early stages of the game. Best wishes to Feargal on a speedy recovery and quick return to the team.

Good performance in yesterday's game. Dispite everyone playing well we lost to Cuala by 4 points. Great show from Arron O'Brien who took over in goal for the first time and had a great game - also Ciaran Grace and Neal Hanney who put in super displays in defence. Thanks to U 15's for their support. Best wishes from all the team to Karl Moran who is moving on the A's from now on.

Good Luck in our first game of 2006. There has been a change of opposition. We are now playing Cuala in Thomastown - Dalkey. Still meet in club at 1:15. Lifts are needed. We should be back at about 5:15.
